Who can participate to the contest?
The Mont SUTTON's contest « Let me introduce Mont SUTTON! » is available to all Quebec residents who at the time of their participation to the contest, are 13 years old or over. Mont SUTTON employees, members of their immediate families and people who are living at a same address, agencies of advertising and promotion related to this contest, partners, suppliers (prizes, equipment and services) related to this contest are not eligible.
When does the contest running?
The contest takes place on Internet, from December 15th, 2011 at 0:00 (EST) until March 30th, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. (EST). Candidatures will be accepted until Sunday, March 25th, 2012 at 11:59 (EST) and the public will have until Friday March 30th, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. (EST) to vote on Mont SUTTON's website, www.montsutton.com.
Am I eligible even if I'm under 18 years old?
Yes, the contest is open to people of 13 years old and over. Take note that if the winner is minor, he will need a parent or a tutor to receive his prize.
What is a good video?
A good video is characterized by the respect of the theme, the originality, the artistic and technical quality. It has also to be liked by the public and the jury, because their votes will determine the winners!
Reminder: Show us, in your video, what you would show to somebody else in order to convince them to come to Mont SUTTON, according to your interests… What are the reasons why you always have SUTTON in mind, wherever you are…
How long does the video have to be?
Every length of videos will be eligible to the contest. (recommended length : 2 minutes)
How can I download my video on Youtube?
Visit www.youtube.com and download your video by following the instructions.
When does my video will be online?
If the video submitted is deemed eligible by the contest organizers and / or their representatives, it will be posted on the Mont SUTTON's website approximately within the next 24 hours of the reception of your registration form (during working days).
Why does my video is not accepted?
Your video is not eligible because it doesn't answer properly to the conditions listed in the rules.
How can I broadcast and promote my video?
Don't hesitate to broadcast your video! Invite your friends to promote it as well! Post your video on the social networks, and tell your friends to do the same! By promoting your video, you have more chances to receive votes! Take all the opportunities to accumulate public votes.
Can I participate to the contest if I am French and I have a working visa for 1 year in Quebec?
Unfortunately, you can't. Only the permanent residents of Quebec participate to the contest.
What is happening to me if I win?
If you win, you will receive your 7-day unlimited SUTTON season pass for 2012-2013.
If I am a winner, can I transfer my prize to my friend?
No, the prize has to be accepted as described in the contest rules. In no case it can be wholly or partially transferred to another person, substituted for another prize or exchanged for money.
