Call for Volunteers during the Swiss National Day Celebration

Do you like to be in the action during an event, teamwork and to be helpful? If so, be a volunteer during the Swiss National Day, which will take place at Mont SUTTON next July 31st.
The Federation of Swiss Societies in Eastern Canada (FSSEC) is looking for dynamic people aged of 15 and over who would like to provide a few hours on the day of that important Swiss celebration, also on July 30th for the site preparation and on August 1st for the site clean up.
If you are interested to take part of the team and to live an unforgettable experience, please send your name and phone number to Benev@Fedesuisse.combefore July 21st, and please state your availabilities according to the following schedule :
Friday, July 30, 9 a.m. Setting up tables & benches, decorations, site preparation
Saturday, July 31, 9 a.m.
Parking attendants, general maintenance duties on site. The FSSEC offers a free pass on that day plus meal/beverage coupons for volunteers.
Sunday, August 1st , 8 a.m. Taking down tables & storage, decoration, site clean up
In addition to live a memorable experience and to participate to the success of the most important Swiss National Day celebration after the one taking place in Switzerland, you will certainly make nice encounters!
