Tips and tricks to get the most from your mountain
As a Mont SUTTON regular here are some insider tips and tricks that we think will help you get the most from your visits:
Discover...
... What's going on... The secrets of the mountainby checking out the information board near the Alt. 400 m Main Chalet just by Chairlift II.
... What to see and do nearbyby using the free Mont SUTTON Ambassador Guides service. Take off with one of our knowledgeable guides who will introduce you to the trails and glades that the locals like to keep to themselves.
by consulting the activities in the area section where you will find all sorts of ideas for making the most of your trip to Sutton and the Eastern Townships.
Avoid the crowds...
... by using parking lot P1... by taking the speediest route to the more challenging runsPark your car, put on your skis and you're good to go. As you already have your season pass why not park at P1, reached via rue Boulanger, where you can directly access the Alleghanys trail which leads to chairlift I.
... by using the free shuttle serviceIf you are a skier or boarder who want to challenge yourself in the difficult and extreme trails and glades reached by chairlifts IV à VII, head for the mountain's second entry point at Alt.520m, accessible by car along chemin Réal. In addition, the Chalet at Alt.520m is a great spot to relax, warm up with a hot chocolate or enjoy a tasty onion soup, pizza or pasta plate, and is often much quieter than the Alt.400m Main Chalet
Available every weekend the free shuttle service links the village and Mont SUTTON with stops at many Sutton lodgings en route. Easy, free and fun!
Stay up to date with conditions at the mountain...
... by looking at the web site or signing up for our daily e-newsletter... by looking at the daily snow report when you arriveThe detailed ski conditions page is always available and up to date at montsutton.com so check it out before you leave home and you will be prepared for the day. Even better sign up for the daily e-newsletter and be amongst the first to know about the big snow dumps that makes Mont SUTTON like nowhere else.
To get the most from your ski day consult the daily snow report. Posted by the ticket counter and at the foot of each chair lift you can easily see what chair lifts are running and which trails are groomed or ungroomed.

For the tastiest day out on the slopes...

... and finish your day in style at the Carlsberg Lounge in Bar Le Tucker! At the top of Chairlift II, a stop at Chalet Alt.680m is a real treat.
