All-Inclusive Event in a Bucolic Setting

The professional service of your hosts in a picturesque meeting place with a wide range of activities such as: alpine skiing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, d'Arbre en Arbre treetop adventure and many others, will surely convince you that  Sutton is the best choice for your brainstorming sessions, teambuilding workshops, thematic and/or specialized events.

Far from the office in a peaceful atmosphere where the spirits flow,  these training events stimulate motivation, reinforce team spirit, promote discussions and facilitate information retention as well as good follow-ups.

For your  information only,  here are some one day sessions available to you (multiday sessions and other types are also available):

1. Interpersonal communications workshop:
   
   
   • Ski  Rally
     This activity promotes the listening process, helps to develop the questioning reflex, helps you to adapt to different communication methods  and better your conflict management skills.
2. Networking workshop:
   
   
   • Promotes making ski contacts and others
     This activity helps exercise your networking abilities with those you meet on the mountain during your two hours of skiing. Various exercises will be suggested to apply the techniques seen during the theoretical part of the workshop.
3. Types of personalities for communication purposes and  "teambuilding":
   
   
   • A funny ski competition for everyone
     This activity consists of organizing a race then participating in the race in order to observe the participant's different types of personalities, the interrelationships in the teams, the styles of exchanges, etc.

For all of those workshops, all of the participants do not need to be on ski.

Please note:  corporate events can also be done over several days and in combination with other activities (snowshoeing, hiking excursion, tree top adventure, spas, djembes, etc). Other trainings and activities are offered as well.  A four season training centre;  raid in the mountain, tree go course, etc. It is not mandatory to subscribe to one of our sessions to organize a corporative event.

Many lodging establishments around the mountain can accommodate groups for overnight stays, special events and banquets.  Below, you will find our complete lodging list for the Sutton area. Do not hesitate to ask about corporate events and their capacity.

Corporate Tickets, unique, advantageous and almost perfect !

Minimum purchase of 25 tickets

Offer your employees, clients and /or suppliers the chance to experience SUTTON, My mountain resort!  Buy your corporate tickets for only $ 39 (regular price $50), minimum of 25 tickets.

Take a look at the advantages:
   • Valid and transferable for the entire 2007-2008 season
   • Tax deductible as an advertising or business expense.
   • Put your organization's name on tickets with no extra charge.

Chalet Alt 400 m.

Every room in the main ski chalet is available for rent  ($ 400/ per night).
The bar Tucker, the large cafeteria and the lunchroom are all available.
Meals and bar service are also available upon request.

Chalet Alt. 680 m.

For a cocktail evening event, starting at 5:30 p.m. (to go up the hill) until 8:30 p.m. (closing of the chairs)

• User fee: $ 750 ($ 400 for the chalet rental and $ 350 for the chairlift)
• Deposit: $ 500 upon reservation, non-refundable in the event of a cancellation less than 30 days of the reservation date.

NOTE:  A  $ 100/per hour charge will be applied to your bill  should you require the chairlift remain in operation in order to get everyone back down the hill.  Full hour charges only.

For a complete evening, starting from 5:30 p.m.  (to go up) until 1 a.m. (closing of the chairs).

• User fee: $ 1000 (country cottage ($ 300), cleaning  ($ 100), ski lift ($ 600 - cost of operation and personnel on standby on the spot))

NOTE: A  $ 150/per hour charge will be applied to your bill  should you require the chairlift remain in operation in order to get everyone back down the hill.  Full hour charges only.

Deposit: $ 500 upon reservation, non-refundable in the event of cancellation less than 30 days prior to the reservation date.

Chairlift II only

User fee:  $ 450 for 3 hours; $ 100/per hour for every hour following  - we invoice full hours only.
